Cross-Curricular Project About Our World

Here you are 6 presentations made by the students of 1ST Year of ESO of the Bilingual Project of the British Council/MEC. They were given the coordinates of 6 cities and they were asked to prepare a PowerPoint presentation of at least 10 slides including information about those cities' locations,  seasons, time zones, ecosystems and climates, population and area, and distance from their home town.  As you can see, this was a cross-curricular project in which the students had to use what they had learnt in Literacy, Social Sciences, Natural Science and Technology. Thanks to these presentations we have all learnt a lot of interesting issues related to those 6 cities, and we have also reflected on the similarities and differences between those cities and Ciudad Rodrigo.

We hope you enjoy them ;-)
